Work with me.
People often reach out to me asking for advice or feedback. How do I break into the music industry? How do I get a voiceover agent? What do I do with this song? Is this audition ready to send? I've been working in the entertainment industry for over 20 years: 800+ sync placements, cuts with major artists around the world, and a voiceover career repped by Atlas Talent that includes years as a series regular on a Netflix animated series. Safe to say I've learned a lot along the way. If you need help getting to the next level, send me what you're working on.

What I help with
Sync, licensing & artist cuts
How to actually break in. The difference between libraries and sync agencies, how to get sync representation or a publisher, what supervisors respond to, and what a fair deal looks like.
Songwriting coaching
Working on the song itself. Structure and the formulas underneath commercial songs, toplines, melody, hooks, and lyrics. Plus co-write dynamics and how to find the right collaborators, whether that's a writer, producer, mixer, or mastering engineer.
The business side
The music business is convoluted, and plenty of people are still figuring out how it works years in. Ask me anything: master versus writer's share versus publisher's share, how splits get decided, what a publishing deal really is, how PROs work, and when it's time to bring on a publishing admin so you're collecting every cent you're owed.
Breaking into voiceover
How the industry actually works and how to find your way in. Getting auditions, where to train and whose workshops are worth paying for, home recording guidance, rates, and SAG-AFTRA. Plus what an agent is listening for when your demo comes in.
Agency representation
Building a target list, what to include in a submission, how to word the email, and when to send it. Voice actors, on-camera actors, and models. I've walked a lot of people through this and helped them get signed.
VO audition feedback
Notes on your audition before you send it. Script breakdown, character choices, and read adjustments.
Honest feedback
Your song, your demo, your catalog. What's working, what I'd change, and why. Constructive and specific, so you leave with something you can actually use.
Something else?
If what you need isn't here, email me and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
Send it in
No call and nothing to schedule. Send me what you're working on and I'll send back my honest notes within 7 business days. Every option includes one round of follow-up questions by email.
Song feedback
A full page of notes on each song covering writing, production, structure, where it sits commercially, and how placeable it is for sync or for an artist cut. Send three or five and I'll also tell you which one is your strongest and what I'm hearing across your writing.
- A full page of real notes per song, not a paragraph
- Back to you within 7 business days
- Need a different number of songs? Pick "1 song" and change the quantity at checkout
Quick take
One song, one honest first reaction. I'll record a 3 to 5 minute voice memo on what's working, what isn't, and the first thing I'd fix.
- A voice memo instead of written notes
- Back to you within 7 business days
Ask me 5 questions
Five questions about anything I work in: sync, publishing, splits, agents, releasing music, your next move. You get real answers, in writing or as an audio recording.
- Up to five questions, as specific as you like
- Back to you within 7 business days
Career game plan
You fill out a short questionnaire with your links and your goals. I send back a written plan: where you stand right now, what to fix first, and what to do over the next 90 days.
- Pick your focus: artist career, songwriting and sync, voiceover, or branding
- A document you keep and work from
- Back to you within 7 business days
Voiceover demo review
Send your demo and get written notes on the reads, the script choices, the order and pacing, the production, and how an agent is likely to hear it.
- Commercial, animation, promo, or any other category
- Back to you within 7 business days
VO audition feedback
Send the script and your recording before you submit. I'll tell you what's landing, what to adjust, and what I'd try on another take.
- Back within 24 hours. Tell me your deadline when you send it
- If I can't get to it in time, I'll let you know quickly and refund you
Agency submission review
Send the email you're planning to send and what's going with it. I'll mark it up and tell you what I'd change before it goes out.
- Voice actors, on-camera actors, and models
- Back to you within 7 business days
Zoom and phone sessions are paused for now. Everything here is done in writing or by audio recording, on your schedule.
How it works
Pick what you need and pay. Or email me first if you're not sure which one fits.
Send it in. Right after checkout you'll land on a short form for your links, questions, or materials.
I get to work. Your notes come back by email within 7 business days.
Ask your follow-ups. One round of follow-up questions by email is included.
On a deadline with an audition? Audition feedback comes back within 24 hours.
Before you book
I'm not a demo producer. I'll get you ready for one and help you figure out who to hire, but I don't record or produce demos myself.
Audition feedback is voiceover only. On-camera acting isn't my specialty, so I'd rather point you to someone better. That said, I'm glad to help any kind of talent with agency submissions.
I don't submit on your behalf. We'll build the target list, the materials, and the pitch together, and you send it.
No one can promise you an agent, a placement, or a cut. What I can give you is a real plan and an honest read on where you stand.
